Quotes and pricing

Rates published on this website are indicative and are the rates we quote from. A quote becomes binding once it is issued to you in writing after a site visit and you accept it.

A written quote holds for 30 days unless it states otherwise. Materials pricing in particular can move, and a quote for painting or waterproofing may be revised if the material costs change before work begins — we will tell you before starting, never after.

Scope changes

If work reveals a problem that was not visible when we quoted — a wall needing full putty, a slab needing more screed repair, a hidden plumbing leak — we stop and tell you what it would cost to address before doing anything further. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.

Payment

No advance for jobs under ₹10,000. Above that, 30% to book materials and 70% on completion.

We accept UPI, cash and bank transfer. The balance is due after the walkthrough at completion, not before.

Workmanship and warranty

We stand behind the work we do. Where a warranty is offered for a specific system, it is stated in your written quote along with the system, materials and preparation it assumes, and it is conditional on those being as specified.

Warranties do not cover damage from causes outside our work — structural movement, a subsequent plumbing leak, water ingress from a neighbouring property, or alterations made by others after we finish.

Access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the areas being worked on, and to tell us in advance about any known hazard — asbestos-containing material, unstable structures, live electrical work, or anything else that affects how the job must be done.

Where scaffolding is required, it is quoted as a separate line. Where we cannot work safely, we will stop and discuss it with you.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge with reasonable notice — a day or more for cleaning, and as much notice as possible for painting and waterproofing where materials may already be ordered. If materials have been bought specifically for your job, we may ask you to cover their cost.

Weather-dependent work

Exterior painting and waterproofing depend on dry conditions and adequate curing time. If the weather turns, we will reschedule rather than apply a coating that will fail. This is not a cancellation on our part — it is the job being done properly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.
