What we collect

When you call, message or submit the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, the area you are in, the service you asked about and anything you choose to tell us about the job. If you send photographs over WhatsApp, we receive those too.

We do not run a customer account system, and we do not collect payment details on this website.

What we do with it

We use your details to contact you about the job you asked about, to arrange a site visit, and to prepare and follow up a quote. That is all.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who else sees it

Quote requests submitted through the form are delivered to us by email and messaging services acting as our processors. Our hosting provider processes standard web server logs. We do not share your details with any other third party except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for twelve months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Records relating to work we carried out are kept for as long as we need them for warranty and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your details at any time by calling +91 99147 72275. If you have asked us not to contact you again, we will keep only the minimum needed to honour that request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics scripts on it.
