Interior emulsion throughout, ceilings included, two bedrooms with a feature wall. Crack filling and full putty because the previous coat was distemper. Five working days.

Waterproofing

A 900 sq ft terrace with a leaking parapet junction and a blocked drain. Drain re-set, fillets formed at the wall line, 3 mm APP membrane. Four days including curing.

Deep cleaning

A 2 BHK handed back to a landlord. Chimney degreased, both bathrooms descaled, floors machine-scrubbed, windows and balcony done. One full day.

A house that had not had a deep clean in years. Chimney, hob and backsplash degreased, three bathrooms descaled including shower screens and grout. Two days.

A large elevation with algae staining on the shaded north wall. Pressure washed, treated, exterior primer and two coats of weatherproof emulsion. Scaffolding required for the upper floor.
