Two finish coats over a primer coat, as standard. Skipping or rushing coats is the most common cause of a patchy finish showing up a month later, so we do not compress them into a single long day.

Yes. Bring us the shade code or a sample and we will match it. If you do not have the code, a small physical sample of the painted surface is enough for us to match at a paint shop.

Yes. Furniture is moved to the centre of the room and covered with sheeting, floors are masked, and everything is put back at the end. All of it is included in the rate.

October to April. Paint applied to a wall holding monsoon moisture will blister and flake regardless of brand. Interior work can run year-round in a ventilated flat, but exterior painting and any freshly plastered wall should wait for dry weather.

No. Crews bring machines, chemicals, cloths and mops. If you would prefer they use your own products, tell us when booking and they will.

Not the way we work. We never use acid on marble, granite or chrome — it etches stone permanently and strips chrome plating, and the damage shows up over the following weeks. Those surfaces get pH-neutral treatment even though it takes longer.

A bathroom is one to two hours, a kitchen two to three hours with the chimney, a 2 BHK full flat one full day with a two-person crew. A 3 or 4 BHK can take two days.

Yes, at ₹12 per sq ft, and it is a genuinely different job — paint spatter, cement film and fine dust need different chemicals from a normal clean. Tell us it is post-construction when you book.

Water travels before it shows. The usual cause in Jalandhar is a failed terrace parapet joint — water enters at the roof edge, gets under the surface and tracks sideways through the slab, appearing as a stain well away from the entry point. A plumbing leak in a shared shaft behaves the same way. Finding it reliably needs a moisture meter, which is why the inspection is free.

Not while the source is active. The coating traps moisture, blisters within a season and takes plaster with it. The order is always: stop the water, let the wall dry, then treat and redecorate.

₹40–₹100 per sq ft for most systems, with large flat areas from about ₹25. A 1,000 sq ft terrace is roughly ₹40,000–₹1,00,000. System choice and the amount of preparation are what drive the spread.

Yes, in writing, for the specific system, conditional on the preparation being as specified. We name the system, thickness and coat count in the quote, because a warranty without a documented specification is not worth much.

Cleaning is usually two to three days out. Painting and waterproofing follow the season — the pre-monsoon waterproofing window (February to May) and the pre-Diwali cleaning peak fill up a week or more ahead.

Yes — office and shop floor cleaning at ₹6–₹10 per sq ft for machine buffing, scheduled outside your opening hours. Painting and waterproofing for commercial premises are quoted on the same basis as residential.
